Sugar and Spice (and all things nice)

French Yogurt Cake (Recipe)

I first learned to make this cake in France where it is considered a simple everyday cake.  While the original recipe calls for sugar, I found that honey gives it a nice flavor (and is also healthier).  I also use Greek yogurt and olive oil to give it a more rich Mediterranean flavor.
